(18 hours/Cost $25) classroom instruction that provides an overview of the basic elements of FDOT contracts, including interpreting and negotiating subcontracts; review of the policies and rules set forth in the Standard Road & Bridge Construction Manual including what obligations will be required by the S/DBE performing on FDOT contracts.
