Construction Management Development Program

Florida A&M University's Small Business Development Center has cooperative agreements with community colleges, training centers and consultants to provide course instruction at designated training site locations throughout the state. The courses are offered at a nominal fee, which is paid at the time of course registration. Additionally, some courses have been approved by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for continuing education credit hours for certified and registered construction contractors. Other services include proctoring examinations, offering remediation and retesting when necessary and awarding certificates of completion for each course, as well as providing technical assistance.

The components of the CMDP are:
